VRL Track & Commitment & Legacy
We started our journey as the VRL Group back in 1976 in Karnataka, India. Later on, called Vijayanand Roadlines Pvt Ltd. and finally as VRL Logistics Ltd. In the year 1997, we decided to become a public limited company. Later on, Vijayanand Printers and Vijayanand Travels became our part in 2003-04 respectively and became the leading service providers in both sectors. In the following years, we received ISO 9001:2000 certifications for passenger travel services, express cargo, logistics services, cargo transportation, and courier services. Ninja Van Tracking
In 2015 we made our first and historical IPO and got a remarkable reach from investors. We believe in self-dependency, so during the past few years, we have reduced our reliance on vehicles from outside resources. To ensure the quality of services, the company introduced the GPS tracking of outside resourced vehicles.
Due to our commitment, the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) registered our project as a Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) project. Also, we have been awarded the ‘Best Logistics Service Provider’ in the Fast-moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and retail sectors by Frost & Sullivan (a business consulting firm) for our outstanding services.
